On the Way to Banff

“On the Way to Banff” is an original mixed media painting, painted on canvas paper. This small work is inspired by the prairies looking out towards the Rocky Mountains as you drive towards Banff in Southern Alberta. If you have done this drive around harvest time you will know how inspiring that view is! This painting features loose and free brush strokes and uses acrylic paint, watercolour ink and crayon and acrylic marker. This small painting would do well in a frame, and would make a wonderful colourful addition to any space!
