Crisp Morning

"Crisp Morning" is an original acrylic painting on gallery depth birch panel and is part of my newest collection "Fall Returning". There is truly nothing better than an early morning sky, in autumn, in Alberta. The added stipulations for me is a hot coffee in a travel mug, and either a audio book or some cozy tunes. This painting is inspired by an early morning drive that I took on my way home from Camp Nakamun a few weeks ago. The sky had just changed from sunrise, to blue and the fall colours were in full form! My hope with this painting was to create a time-capsule of the feeling I had that morning, breathing in the crisp air through the car window, and singing to the radio. This painting would be a fantastic addition to your home!
