"On a June Afternoon" is an original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas.

This painting is a calm and beautiful colour study of our gorgeous prairie skies. I love exploring how different blues interact with each other - noticing which blue has more purple undertones, and which blue has more green. I think that the results is a gorgeous multi-toned sky that creates a sense of beauty where there was once a sense of mundane.
