There are certain places that feel like a warm hug or honestly, like a good friend. The Three Sisters mountains in Canmore have been a part of my life ever since I can remember. And in my artistic life, I continuously come back to them for inspiration and practice. I have painted them many different ways and many different colour pallets and I never get tired of it! I think going to visit the mountains as much the same for me. Even being a few hours away seems like it’s too far! It always brings me a sense of gratitude feeling that we can have these beautiful places to visit, places that are refreshing and lift up our spirits! It is my hope that these iconic mountains uplift your home and being. We all need a bit more beauty in our lives these days! If you, like me feel like a few hours away is too far. I hope this painting will remind you to takeoff a few more afternoons if possible to go and visit the beautiful mountains.
