"Delighted" is an original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas.
This painting is part of my 2026 collection: "Sometimes Sunny - The Colours of Hope" and is currently hanging in an exhibition at the Northern Jubilee Auditorium until December 2026. This piece of the Moraine Lake began after a day trip to the lake with my partner and Mom! We had the most perfect weather, and it was an absolutely delightful morning. Although there have been many parts of this year that have been less than amazing, there are moments like these that stop you in your tracks. They take your breath away. For me, I believe that as humans existing in the world, we are called to stop and enjoy these moments - they are gifts. It isn't always sunny, but sometimes it is and because of that we have hope.
