"Blue is My Favourite Colour" is an original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas.

When I was young, my favourite colours were pink and purple. They were so much my favourite, that my Opa built me a doll house and painted all the furniture in the house pink and lilac purple. It was magnificent. I still dream of having a couch that is lilac purple one day!

Now, the more I look around I have noticed that blue is everywhere and it truly feels like it calms my day. Having a moment to stare up at the sky and feel encouraged, or a day to swim in the lake or the ocean. All of these places and feelings seem to be associated with the colour blue. I hope this painting gives you that nostalgic feeling!
