You Will Find Rest

"You Will Find Rest" is an original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas.

This tiny painting packs a lot of memories for me, but mainly I was grappling with the idea that if you are seeking rest, you will find it eventually. I have been through a few periods this past year when I truly needed rest and it didn't seem like it was in sight. I think that when we are in the middle of a season like that it is easy to think that it will never end, but I do believe there are seasons where we have difficulty. But when we witness the changing of the physical seasons around us we can find some hope in acknowledging that if the earth goes through those changes, maybe we will too!

It is my hope that this painting brings a sense of hope to your space.
