Yellow Queens

"Yellow Queens" is an original acrylic and mixed media painting of tall powerful sunflowers. This painting is beautiful expression of music, as it was painted live at an orchestral concert with Edmonton’s River City Orchestra. In my mind, sunflowers are always a metaphor for strong women, which is where the Yellow Queens title comes from. All acrylic paintings are on gallery wrapped canvas, and come varnished, signed and ready to hang!
